I found the perfect combination of these ingredients to make the best fresh and easy spring salad! The secret of it? The mix of figs and goat cheese with the pomegranate dressing. It’s to die for.

- Dried figs, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- Cucumber, sliced then cut in half
- Red onion, chopped
- Goat cheese (or cashew cheese if vegan)
- Almonds or sunflower seeds
- Concentrated pomegranate juice
